To place an order with us, you must:

• A second email will confirm dispatch details and estimated delivery time

We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order for reasons including:

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT at the applicable rate. We accept secure online payments via third-party processors such as Stripe or PayPal.

Payment must be made in full before an order is dispatched.

We offer UK-wide delivery. Delivery times and charges will be confirmed during checkout.

• Missed delivery attempts may incur a redelivery fee
• Please ensure access to your property is safe and clear
• You are responsible for checking items on delivery and reporting any issues within 48 hours

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under UK Distance Selling Regulations.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resaleable condition
• Mattresses or bedding cannot be returned if opened, for hygiene reasons
• Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable

• Contact us at info@ottomandivanbeds.co.uk within 14 days
• Return the item within 14 days of notifying us
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item in acceptable condition, using the original payment method.

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in line with your statutory rights.

Please provide:

• Photos of the damage
• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue

Products may come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Full warranty terms will be stated on the product page or provided with the product. Warranty claims must be supported by proof of purchase.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business interruption
• Delays outside our control (e.g., courier delays, weather)
